Most excellent Ravens! We find ourselves down to five members, but five inveterate and lovely people we are. We're clever, we're weird, and we're all to be trusted, and so I have a proposal for... a revolution.
Too long have we endured a system of leadership by the few when all among us have demonstrated our excellence in leadership capacities. Too long have we allowed mere complacency to leave us following an antiquated system. I propose that, for the first time in the history of this forum, a house turn from meritocracy to collective leadership! Let us all be house heads of Ravenclaw! Let us all share equal authority! And let us pool our property (hot topic points) in common, to be held in ownership by the house for the benefit of the house!
What say you?

Hmmm... has this really been here for week? I feel like I've seen it before.
First I'd like what exactly you have in mind.. it all sounds a bit vague to me... although if we all were the Head of Houses that give us all more responsibility and hopefully this sense of responsibility would turn into activity.
I think it wounds good, I'm in. Go Ravenclaw. ;D

Wow, that was fast.... it's like poof now I'm super me. And not super-me in a super-size kind of way, that would be scary beyond all reason.
Wow, I knew our House had shrunk, but I didn't know I could count our members on one hand.

*jots down her vote in favour of the revolution*
Because I can't think of any reasons for this to not be pushed through. One but many! Ravenclaw unite! ;D

Roar! This seems like a good place in which to say I might not be around much for the next three weeks. I have exams starting next week, I'm frantically spending most of my time reading, and I'm starting to value sleep much more than before. That and I need sleep because I feel like I'm coming down with a cold but can't really afford to be sick.
But after that it’ll be smooth sailing. I’ll have plenty of time to post when I’m not working, cleaning or battling the holiday crowds. I’m excited though.

Good luck, Sands. Hart is really crunching now, too, but he has already finished his two term papers for the semester, assiduous fellow that he is, so mostly he's just studying for exams now. And getting excited about his classes for next term, though I haven't seen the finished schedule yet - he's one of the kind who register, then change three of the four classes as he hears about others he didn't see in the catalogue
So we have three graces now. I wish we could entice more of the old guard back, or find some likely newbies, because I think it would be funny if we had nine full-fledged members and could pretend to be the Muses

Nicks! Of course you're still a member, but I had you on alumna status. Go weigh in and I'll restore your active status, and appoint you General #4 of the revolution

Well I'm back. What's even better is that I'm home and I have wireless, which is great. I hated having to use a desktop at home, but now I can use my laptop. So hurrah.
It's good to see everyone.

Yay wireless. We got a wireless router when we finally got DSL, and it makes everything so much easier, especially in a house that actively resists wiring
Hey! Pyro! How's things? I admit that I've totally lost track of what's going on with you Fill us in!

If I knew that I'd be able to post more often, I would. I've got a lot to do with school and music and such.

I'm here! Although my presence here has been kinda floaty, and I won't promise it won't keep that way, I'll try to do my best. I see we've been winning the House Cup
