*while wandering through the new alley, you notice an unusually wide door in the middle of the alley's stone wall. On the door, decals read "Daily Prophet Reporters-RainFrost, Hermione, and Fantasia" you step inside. once in, you find a roomy office divided by low hedges into four parts. Three seem to be occupied by the lovely Daily Prophet reporters mentioned on the door. Each "cubicle" is decorated in the tastes of the particular witch (describe it below, if you like). There is a low front desk with a sign in sheet. Write down your name and we'll be right with you. Fantasia's cubicle is covered in newspaper clippings and posters of Muggle bands such as Nirvana and the Beatles. She's also got loads of black and white pictures of her friends. Her walls are striped in the colors of the rainbow, and it's so bright you have to shield your eyes until your pupils retract. Sitting near Fantasia on the floor is her robot, CHERUB.* Hello, dears. The Boss *jerks her head at a magical picture of Nialle reading a book* wants us to split up jobs. What do you want to do, Rain? Herm?

Looks up from her office where she was writting down something and smiles. On the hedges surrounding her office are large purple roses. There are small silvery sparkly orbs that are hanging in seemingly thin air above her head. Colorful images of obscured landscapes and exotic animals going about their daily activities also drift around, appearing solid but when ever she moves around she goes through them as they dissapear into whiffs of smoke and then reappear where they were several seconds later. An albino phoenix with icy blue eyes sits proudly on a perch off to the side. Smooth jazz plays softly.
I was thinking about interviewing some of our fellow trapdoorians about the "interesting" events that have been happening since last Saturday and their speculations about it. I am curious about everyone's opinion on the matter.
Would that be okay with you guys? If so, do you think I should hunt them down ((pm)) or let the interviewees ((hehe, is that even a word?)) come to us? I am personally in favour of the former one because I think it might be more efficient, but since we are all kind of a team, I would like to know your opinions on this.

If you'd like, you can do the interviews. However, I think that this may be too big of a story to let one reporter handle. If you take the people on the outside's case, one of us *glances at Hermy* should take on the insider's secrets. *a mischevious smile plays about her lips* I'll do it, supposing neither of you mind. And then Herm can stay on top of the Voldemort problem. *rolls her eyes* Uh, if you're going to play that stuff Rain, I'm putting up a sound wall. *with a flick of her wand, outside sounds cease to penetrate her hedges. she bumps up some Three Doors Down and smiles sweetly over the hedge wall. with a sudden burst of creativity, she taps the bushes with her wand. they emit a copious amount of sparks and shudder, before flashing different colors* Oh, Rain. So neat and tidy your office is. Coordinated, even. *rolls her eyes again, still smiling rather wickedly. prods the picture of en, getting the attention of it's reading occupant* Hey, love. When are you coming to spot us out? *the picture shrugs and grumbles a bit, then picks up hir book and hides beyond the photo's edge* Fine, be that way. *Fantasia shuffles through a stack on her desk, of both written testimonies and photographs of her friends. pauses* Hey, Herm, this is from when we first met. Remember? we went off to meet pkia in her tower and never ended up playing duck-duck-goose. But enough memeories. *tacks the picture to her wall next to one of Rain, Rikku, and Soupy waving at her* I'll cover the Huff Commons, shall I?

*looks up from her cubicle* Right then. I'll do about the Voldemort issues, and what's going on then. *the walls of her cubicle are all in a sky blue colour which darkens and becomes lighter as time goes by. When it darkens, stars pop out, shining and sparkling in the blue suuroundings. On the wall she has a lunarogeum, with a cheerleading Gryffindor lioness as a cuckoo. She has a message board hung up, on which are clipped photos of her friends, her kitten, and some taken from newspapers and magazines. There's also a small wicker basket with cushions fitted comfortably in it, for Kestrel to doze in.
Adjusts some papers on her desk, places a cute snowglobe showing two girls huggin each other with a lion looking down over them, resting his elbows on a cloud in the middle of her desk and looks at a photo of her family, smiling at her, with her, still young, jumping in the middle. Then turns to Fantan*
Yes, I remember. That was when I was showing you round the Ravens' Common Room. Back to business, ok then, you can do the adjournings on what is happening in there. I can do the Gryffindor ones, and I guess we can all do our house's, seeing as we're all from different ones.

Humph, the music was playing softly. *resigned she waves her unusually long wand and the jazz music stops being heard outside or her cubie*
I'll go to the Raven Commons then and snook out to see what some of their opinions are. But then that only leaves Slytherin Common Rooms, hmmm. Their opinions and specualations are bound to be interesting. Who's covering them?

I think that when En said interviewing, I thought it meant people from different houses. Forgive me if I'm wrong though.

Oh, well I'm officially confuse. I set up a thread in the ravenclaw common rooms but as no one has posted in it I could easily erase it. Do any of you guys know exactly what we should be doing?
EDIT: I have deleted my thread, to save myself from looking even more of an idiot.

*pushes through the door with one hand while taking a bite from an apple with the other; glances around; swallows the bite and says*

Hi En. Well...I'm a bit confused. I know that you want several things and one of them is to get specualtions, but how exactly are we supposed to go about doing that?

Hm-m. *looks around at the others* Why don't we... do you folks have a conference room? We could sit down and see what we know, and how we can outline it, and which of you wants to do what part.
As for how you get hold of your speculations or information, I can think of a few ideas... one requires pkia's approval, so I'll get back to you on that... but the rest might include 1) pm's 2) going to one of the plot-busy places and just asking questions or 3) kidnapping someone you suspect is invol... I should not have told you that

*Fantasia's eyes suddenly shine, rather like they did on the day she and Nialle tore down to road at the Renaissance Festival. a smile slowly spreads across her face* Of course we have a conference room...*she raps her wand once on the wall behind her, without taking her eyes off of En, and an elaborate ebony door appears. a gold plate upon it reads "Private: Please Knock"* If you would be so kind...*gestures at the door which swings silently open*

Kidnapping...hmmm, interesting...*stares off into space contemplating but then awakes with a jolt*
Oh? A conference room? Great! *walks to the door* I am allowed to be in there...right?

*mimes chucking the apple at RainFrost* Of course you are, silly.
*walks into the room, finds a chair midway round the table inside, and starts pulling parchment and quills out of hir pockets* Right, so what we need to do is find out what you know, and what you guys want to do for your angles on the story.
So. How about if each of the three of you outline what you know about what's going on? Don't read each other's until you've got your own done. And then if there's one event or aspect of the whole thing that really interests you, describe that. *plops down in the chair and waits, quill ready*
