Hey! Lefties aren't just left-handed people. What about people like me, the left-footed, left-eyed, right-handed ones? Do we also rock? I bet you didn't know I'm currently eating tajin chile with my fingers and they're sticky and I have to unsticky them before I go out. Also have to take off the red face my sister drew on my arm.

I'm left footed, but right handed. Well, I was ambidextrous when I was little, but I used to try writing more with my right hand because I wanted to be lilke everyone else.

"Left-footed"? What does that mean? I've never really noticed one foot to... do more... than the other
I'm right-handed, but one summer I got so stir-crazy that I decided to become left-handed. I wore my watch on my other wrist, put belts on the other direction, ate with my left hand like I would with my right (and this was especially difficult because I was on vacation, so we were eating at resturants all the time :. By the end, I was pretty good at it. Now, I can do things with my left-hand, but I can't still can't write, and I have to remind myself about it because implus makes me use my right.

"Left Footed" is sort of like, when you do a two-footed stance, you put your left foot in front of your right. If you skateboard/snowboard/surf, that's being "goofy footed". So yeah. It's also like, when you run and stuff, which foot you push off with and stuff.
As for being left-eyed... I don't know about that one.

Oh... weird. I never knew/noticed that But is it as dramatic a difference as trying to write with your right hand when you're left handed? Where you can't really do it properly at all? Or is it just a little awkward but not totally disruptive to your, say, snowboarding if you're on a non-goofy board?
Left-eyed? Maybe it's when you instinctively wink with it?

I can write with my right hand and it pretty much looks the same as my left but I have to do it slower so I pretty much stick to writting left handed. It is kind of weird though that for sports I am always doing it the "right" way. When I use to ice skate I skated righty-like and now when I play tennis my right arm is my forearm.

[glow=jenny,2,300] i didn't know that you used to ice skate! Were you any good? Did you know that ive been figure skating since I was 4 years old? And I'm 15, almost 16 now. I think it was Rita who loved the fact that i ice skate. Or was it Izzy? Im so forgetful.
I write, kick, skate, throw, and skateboard as a righty, but I wink with my left eye! My left eye is also the worst of my two eyes, it's -2.25, and my right is -2.00 [/glow]

I did it for I think four years. I was working on my axle when I quit. I had gotten it a couple of times but had not quite perfected it.
Ooo! I just winked and realized that I wink with my lefy eye! I can't do it with my right.

From what they told me, you are left-eyed when you see better with you left eye, and like, when you're in the lab or something you put your left eye and not your right thru the microscope, that kind of thing, preferring to see with the left eye...I'd rather see with both. As for the left footed thing, you know how you give most kids a ball and they kick it with their right? Well, I always kicked with my left foot, too. And when we used to do stupid things when we marched in preschool, I was always going the other way around because people were like "Right is the leg you use the most" and I thought that was the left. Teachers would be syaing "left, right, left, right" and I'd be doin' it the other way... Makes me wonder how I ever passed preschool. Um, new something you don't know about me. I used to dance ballet. And I wasn't bad at it either.

I clean my nails when I'm nervous- which is no use actually since my fingernails are always clean.
I'm very clumsy when it comes to coordination. I'm right footed but I feel my left legs is stronger.

Hmmm. I'm left eyed in the sense that I use my left eye to look through microscopes, etc. but I can only wink with my right eye. So there's some retarded eye-ambidextrous-ness for you.
Haha, I used to do ballet as well when I was a kid. And then I cried and stopped doing it because my sister got the medal for the person who did the best that year and I didn't. (Er, I was like, 5 at the time).

If you are left eye dominant, you will draw a bow back with your left hand (Holding the bow with your right hand). If you are right eye dominant, you will draw with the right hand (Holding the bow with the left hand).
In footy, you will favour either the left or right foot when kicking.
I used to be ambidextrous, sort of. I could play cricket both left and right handed, tenpin bowling with eithe rhand (I broke my right thumb once ).
