Oooh, Coldplay. I want to go to their concert but it's like $200 for tix.
I love Bohemian Rhapsody, especially the bit where they're like, "I see a little silhouetto of a man" SCARAMOUCHE! SCARAMOUCHE! WILL YOU DO THE FANDANGO!!!" Haha. ;D

Aaaahh, 200?! How depressing.
Teehee. "THUNDERBOLTS AND LIGHTNING -- Very, very frightening, me!"
New song: "A Million Ways" by Ok Go. You guys MUST watch the music video for this song if you haven't already. Neko, I have a feeling you'll really like it! ;D

oh yes! oh yes! i remember the first time i saw that video: they were premiering it on Fuse and i was folding laundry, and just paused to watch the video..oh, dear. i cracked up soooo much. lol. and then my mom came in and was like "Sarah, youve been attempting to fold that towel since last time i walked by. That was around 5 minutes ago." oh, and lynn: the rumour i was referring to was the one that Blink182 is splitting up.

That rumor is totally false. The boys are taking a break to be with their familes and I know that Travis is doing stuff with one of his side projects, The Transplants, and Mark's producing other bands. They'll be back eventually.
I've got "4ever" by The Veronicas in my head. Really catchy song.

*sigh of relief* gotta love having people who know their stuff on TD thanks, lynn. ...currently...i have tons of versions of "you are my sunshine, my only sunshine" on replay in my head 'cause i'm attempting to teach my parrot to sing it, and it's on replay in my room alllllll day. mind you, i'm at school, but when the first thing you hear in the morning is "the other night dear, as i lay sleeping...." and the last thing you hear at night is "...so please dont take my sunshine away...", it.just.wont.leave!!! >.<

Argh, I hate having really annoying songs stuck in my head. I think my Swedish or German friends had a word for that in their language; it literally translated to "ear worm" or something like there's something literally stuck in your head. Haha!
I'm currently listening to Weezer's Perfect Situation. I love Weezer. I think it's because all their songs are about really sad, pathetic teenagers who have no friends or can't get a date or are just not in the right crowd, and I can totally relate to that growing up.

I have HIM's "Wings Of A Butterfly" in my head. Totally love that song right now!

I'm listening to Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead. I really love Thom Yorke's voice. It's so haunting and... surprisingly not too whiny.

I'm listening to Mozart's Elvira Madigan Piano Concerto. I've been listening to it since I had a dream the other day where it was playing. I've been listening to alot of my other classical music as well of course, but I've been wondering what the significance of this one in my dream was.

I'm listening to a song by a mexican electropop band called belanova. The song is called "niño" (boy) and it's really sad and quite pretty. I love the girl's voice, and the effects are pretty good as well. And it's just sad, it's about breaking up, even though you don't really want to do it, you know it's for the best... and you just hope the other person will understand and you want them to be happy and... yeah. It's a nice one.

Ok, a) aaaah, I love Death Cab for Cutie, and for the record, I loved them before they were cool! I loved them before they were even Death Cab - they were still Postal Service (I hate people thinking I follow the popular bands)
And, b) I have "God Save the Queen" stuck in my head. As stupid as it sounds, I get it stuck in my head for extended periods of time at least three times a week. It's really rather annoying. Seriously. Who gets the British national anthem stuck in their head on a regular basis?

well... that IS weird. And Death Cab is awesome... I've liked them for ages too, like since I graduated secondary school... since like the 8th grade maybe, they're awesome... but the Postal service is a side project of Gibbard's, is it not?
By the way, does anyone own "You can play this song with chords"? I've wanted that record for ages... something about airplanes too... And I just can't seem to find them anywhere! I did see Airplanes once, but I had like 200 pesos that day and the record cost 450, which is really, REALLY expensive.
Oh, and this is like such a coincidence! Because I'm listening to Such Great Heights which is probably my favourite song off Give Up.

Never heard of them lou.
I'm listening to Chopin. The "Ocean" Etude, which I love. It's inspired some of my ocean based work for arts class too. It's awesome. I think the formal name is Etude Op.25, No.12. So there you go. Nancy listens to classical piano on a regular basis.
