I'm not sure. My mother gave it to me before she left to rule as an Iris so I guess she could have brought it from up there. It was on my 5th birthday yeah......Aarden was still a young phoenix back then.

Well a couple of years have passed since then, so now she's fully grown.
Er, I don't think she has.

well that's neat. are you looking forward to her rebirthing? i hope i'm there when it happens. of course, its like losing a best friend, right? but then again, you're getting it back just like that.
i've always wondered...when a phoenix goes thru the rebirthing process, does it keep the same personality and everything it knew? or does it wipe its slate clean?

Oh by rebirthing I guess you mean that it burns and is born again right?
I think it is still the same thing.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they remain the same.
*looks at Aarden* Gorgeous...I've only seen red and gold phoenixes before.

I know. Well, Aarden probably isn't just any normal phoenix, although I think that somewhere, in this world, there could be phoenixes other than with red and gold plumage.

With all this Snape becoming a baby and all, Chris offered to be the volunteer to carry Snape around. I agreed that I'd be like his older sister, and I have to do an ageing potion to bring Snape back to his normal state.
All I know is that when things get back to normal, Snape's gonna kill me.
*in a murmur* I definately should try and modify his memory a bit.
