Yes actually, wether you like it or not. Because see my friend, she's a brand new Gryffindor with a wand(: and she's not afraid to use it.
Now, if you'll excuse me....
*makes her way to the locker, barely even taking heed of the Slytherin muttering something under his breath*

*the jinx hits the Slytherin full on. laughs as he wobbles around the room.* That will teach you to try to hex Gryffindors!

Yep, a jelly legs jinx is the way to go. That one makes you stop and think. I got hit with one once and its really disturbing, not having legs able to support you. *watches the slytherin amusedly.*

*looks sadly at the Slytherin boy, struggling to move and turns to Phoenix*
You know maybe we should put him right again.

*watches him struggle around.* Yeah, I guess so. It wouldn't be right to just let him wobble around like that. *performs the counter-jinx.* But it was pretty funny, you have to admit.

*but as the Slytherin becomes normal again, filled with rage, he lifts his wand and points it at Phoenix. Not having retreived her own wand she jumps on the Slytherin, pinning him to the ground, taking his wand and pointing it at him instead.* Don't even dare of doing that again! Got it?

See? You just can't trust Slytherins! Thanks Hermoine. *points her wand at the boy.* Now can I hex him again?

I've got a better idea.
*takes his wand, and hoping it doesn't backfire or anything, she shouts* Silencio!
*the Slytherin's mouth closes, preventing him from talking. Takes his wand, jusgt in case, and throws it out of the window. Then goes to her locker to retrieve her own*

Brilliant! *watches as a look of fury comes over the boys face. He stumps angrily out to find his wand.* I love it when we outsmart Slytherins.

*Dan runs into the Gryffindor Changing Rooms splashing in the collected puddles of mud and unwrapping his maroon scarf from around his neck. He passes the other students and wrap his arms around Hermoine. *
'Hiya, Well done.
What's up with that boy outside? He tried to tell me but i couldn't hear what he said. . . '
