Well I'm not sure how dry it is, so I say we just let it dry for a bit longer, just incase.
*turning to Rubes, she places the tips of her fingers under his chin*
Now, how are we going to make your head without maching it?

OOC: We didn't do the head?
BIC: Hmm....that's a tricky thing that is.
Maybe we could brew a polyjuice potion, feed it to something(or one? You know what that would include? ;D) and mache their head which looks just like Rubes's.
*shuts her mouth with her hand, summons a piece of paper and a green crayon and writes "That was my side which never got over Slyth."*

But we'd have to wait a month for the potion to be ready... remember? I think we settled on doing a bust of his head, but how we do that is the question.

Yeah I suppose we could do that and then make it lighter so it won't smash the whole statue.

"Well, perhaps I should stick my head in a bucket of paper maché?"
*Pulls a towel out of his robes*
"How long should I stay under for? "

No paper mache. I think we'll do a clay bust. It needs to be light though. We wouldn't want the statue to fall over once it's placed where it needs to be.
*moves Rubes' head to the side slightly*
Yup, clay's the way to go. I don't want to make you sit and pose for me, since you've pretty much done that already. So what could we do?

We could do it like some sort of beauty mask. They say some actually sleep while doing that. We could then attach it to the rest of the bust of clay.

Explain how that would work exactly. I'm trying to picture it in my noggin.

Well Rubes can take the role of the customer who has gone to get a beauty mask done. Now, since we need his face, we could make the mask of clay, then remove it, and add to it the rest of his head. That would be his head, without a face, and then you add the face to it.

I'm still confused by how that would work. To me, it just doesn't sound like it will. Should we try it out anyway? Rubes, any suggestions or thoughts?

I think he's still busy scratching.
I just thought it might work because that's what they usually do to get a good copy of someone's face ya know? I mean, I'm certainly not a good sculpture.

I've actually seen plaster come in handy. They use it to make a mold of a face, then use the mold to make a mask (OOC: Think Mrs. Doubtfire), so maybe we could do that somehow?

Oh, that's where I was going wrong. The clay would have probably stuck to Rubes's face. Let's do it!
OOC: Ah that film's cool.
