I loved "Waking Ned Devine"...
Funniest Animated Movies - Atlantis - Road to El Dorado (Tulio: What's happening? Miguel: We're both in barrels, that's the extent of my knowledge...") - The Emperor's New Groove

The Emperor's New Groove! David Spade!
Hey, no touchy, no touchy!
It's seriously one of the funniest animated movies around, I agree.

Devil: Why would you listen to him? He plays that little string thingy. Angel: We've been through this... It's a harp. Devil: Yeah, that's a harp... And that's a dress. Angel: ROBE.
I also found "Practical Magic" to be a great comedy film. It's the only movie about "witches" that I can watch without twitching. "Super Troopers" by the Broken Lizard comedy team I think is about the funniest movie I've seen thus far. Ooh, that and "Snatch".

Hehe, Practical Magic annoyed me really badly the first time I watched it. I don't know, but I think Nicole Kidman just brings on my eye twitch.
Oh, I just watched Clerks for the first time in ages. That "Beserker" bit cracks me up so badly, but it's kind of rude so I won't write it here. ;D
Also, Meet the Feebles is hilarious, if anyone has seen that. It's like, muppets gone evil and promiscuous and armed with guns. Plus it's directed by Peter Jackson when he went through his B-grade movie phase.

Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow! Surprisingly very entertaining, though not really a comedy through and through it has the element as all great movies must.
Hehe. My friends and I were fighting over Giovanni Remisi. *Drools.* You gotta love the short Italian guys.

*snort* I like Goran Vijsnic, but he's Croatan.
Shaun of the Dead was hilarious. You could tell the director really liked "Snatch", which just made it better. The roomate of Shaun's reminds me of my friend Colin.

Yiss, Giovanni Rebisi is bliss! ;D His Lost in Translation character was so annoying it was almost funny.
Sky Captain isn't out here yet, at least I think it isn't. But I want to see it, I'm a Gwyneth Paltrow fan. And a Jude Law one.
I saw a nice comedy the other day. It wasn't exactly a comedy, it was one of those cute movies which have some sort of situations that just make you laugh. But it told me a lot and I loved it: Dieu est grande, je suis toute petite.

Anything by Mel Brooks, the Spoof King, is hilarious, even if it's in a lame way. I found a copy of "Space Balls" the other day and grabbed it. Dark Helmet.... *snortgigglesnort*

Mel brooks IS pretty funny, but i reckon that anything by matt stone and trey parker cracks me up, baseketball, south park bigger longer uncut and orgazmo for example. Kevin smith is funny too dogma and yes, clerks (I own all of his movies)

I love British comedy, I couldn't skip that one at all, and I don't regret it. The look on their faces when they see the first living-dead girl on their backyard, mocking her for being "so drunk". ;D

Beautiful!
I have a new passion, concerning comedy groups. It's a french group called Les Robins des Bois, and, the most curious thing, is that they're not well-known in France nor on the rest of the world. A French person told me this. Usually, when a really funny comedy group gathers a crowd of fans, the rest of the country begins to support them and quote them. So I'm kind of proud to be their fan, since I seem to be one of the few. They've done a few movies, but they're speciality are non-sense sketches. And they're not a copy of Monty Python, like all those wannabe non-sense comedians (*cof*Gato Fedorento in Portugal *cof*) are, they're really innovative and... I just love them!
This is the cover of the movie that made me know them:
And yes, the Yorkshire Terrier has fangs, they call him Yorkmouth - as in Yorkshire+Mammoth (mammouth in French). Every animal in the movie has fangs. Slugs, chickens, horses.
Now I've downloaded quite some stuff and I have a book about French History... that doesn't teach a thing but is hilarious I'll pick some quotes and translate them for your amusement... I hope you'll like them (I'll edit this post tonight).

Haha, the movie is called "Rrrrrrrrrrr"? That's so funny. I don't know why. But yeah, I tihnk that dog is so cute.
Saw Shaun of the dead last week. I totally loved it. Especially that bit when Shaun and (what's his friend's name? Ed?) are coming out of the pub really drunk and they're singing and there's liek a zombie in the back lurching down the street and every now and then sort of moans in time with their song and they just keep laughing because they think it's some drunk guy jamming with them. And the whole thing about throwing the vinyls at the zombies! Haha!

other favourite parts include...
Shaun spinning the totem tennis thing and hitting the zombie with it..the ball bounces off and shaun goes "...nope thats rubbish" and shaun flipping over the ridiculously high fence. other funny movie- the first Austin Powers... Dr evil: Begin the unnecessarily slow lowering device!
