Yep, that would describe me pretty well. I do occasionally have gender swings, and I like the fact that I look pretty good in clothing designed for one sex and not bad in clothing for the other, but for the most part I like being in the middle. That way I don't have to follow the stupider rules attached to each sex
Not that it's a good choice for everyone, mind you -- it does have disadvantages (liiiike, threatening phone calls from fundamentalist weirdos) and it sometimes makes other people really uncomfortable -- but it works for me.

Oh poo, Tasia, don't worry about it Hasn't happened in a while anyway. My point is, there are reasons not to do the androgyny thing, and one of them is the social pressure not to be androgynous, which can sometimes get very ugly. I just happen to be of the variety of person who considers that a challenge
*tilts head* I thought Rain just posted the definition as a comment on the situation? Anyway, I was deeply honoured that you posted it, Rain

Yes Tasia, I did have to look it up *sticks out tongue* (kidding of course)
En, thank-you *looks meaningfully at Tasia* I see someone appreciates me and the effort I went through to look that up.

Oh, should I have drawn you more androgynously? I could try that. I've never done it before, although some of my guy pictures turn out looking like girls at times.
Hey, have you ever heard of the song Androgyny by Garbage? It's really old, but that just popped into my head.
I promise I'll start working on Pkia's portrait this weekend or next week. And after that, maybe I'll take some new requests.

Yay now we have an actual portrait of En hanging about so the thread "Behind the Portrait of En" has some significance.

Heh no, I thought it would be cool to have portraits of headmasters here then thought how cool would it be if one of them led to some weird and un-known place like some statues in Hogwarts *coughHogsmeadecough*. Then I thought, 'why not let trapdorians figure out what's behind that portait themselves!' which I don't think worked out too well...as I last remember, the thread is now taking place just in front of the portrait.
But now there's an actual prtrait and it looks lovely and I can't wait to see the one for Pkia!!

That would actually be really cool, Ti. And you know what? When I first noticed your thread, I thought you had made a portrait of En before I got to it. I caught me off guard. ;D I hope your thread keeps moving along! It would be cool to see what's behind En's portrait.
BLARGH! Okay, now that I have that out of my system...I present to you the second "official" TrapDoor Portrait, of our lovely and talented headmistress Pkia!
Sorry for the long wait, people. I also apologize that the picture is so miniscule that you can't see any of the details. I tend to forget that you can't see it magnafied like I can. If you ever want to know all the secret little nuances I added...or maybe I should just let you guys keep searching.
Pkia, I hope you'll like your portrait. I hope I'm capturing people at least somewhat. And look! No cheese!

What, pray tell, are Radcliffe and Henry? Do I want to know?
Oooh, and Sphi, just wondering if there was any relevance that there were that many pins in pkia's map in the southeast of Australia.
