Er... Henry is/was my pet spider who Rita murdered "accidently" (she stepped on him... repeatedly). Radcliffe was my pet lobster who Rita also murdered "accidently" (she flushed him down the loo). The hamster's my only living pet, since Rita keeps getting into "accidents"

Silver, how do you manage to make such good portraits?
Hmmm, what's that thing under the desk......maybe nothing in particular, but since you said......
Flushed down the- lol ;D
Neko, it's not only Australia that's pinned, part of Europe too.

Many thanks, you guys! I'm glad you like it. (Rubes, where'd you come from!?) I did try to put in all the random things that Pkia told me about. Yep, those are the pics of her lost pets. Herman the hamster is the last animal standing, so it's hiding out underneath the desk. Oh, or are you looking at the sack of Galleons, Hermione? That's there because of Ms Kia's reputation of...robbing us all blind.
And the parchment on the table says, "Le Monde N'est Pas Suffi" ...sounds familiar, doesn't it, Pkia? They're your plans for world domination to go along with the map. Neko, I'm not the one to ask about Pkia's plots. Apparently, she's got something in store for the TrapDoorians in Europe and Australia. ;D
What's shelob?

Oh that's Herman? I think that's what I saw. Besides the sack of galleons near it.
Really? Cool.
You don't know what shelob is? It's that yucky spider from LOTR. Know which one I'm talking about?

I've actually only watched the first LotR movie so far. I'm probably the only in the whole world, huh? I've been meaning to watch TTT for a while (I even have it in my room), but I still haven't gotten around to watching it.[/size]

Wow, Silver, you are awsome! I can never seem to draw a good background, but you have it down! It's so nice! And I can't draw people sitting down... Oi. I need to work on figure drawing...

Hehe thanks, Willow. I actually thought my perspective was all off. As I was coloring it in, I realized that my lines were all crooked and didn't match *should've used a ruler*
You're already quite good at figure drawing, you know. You capture expressions very well. I tried doing that for these portraits: En's was meant to be more deep, as if he were thinking of something beyond his reach, while Pkia's was to be more lighthearted (she said she's almost always smiling, so...). I don't know if I actually managed to do that, or if I should've chosen a different expression for them, but what's done is done.

Wow, SP, those are really good! ;D
When will you be opening a shop? Have any more orders coming in?
I really love to attention to detail you show in the backgrounds, and in the people themselves. The world domination map was a great touch.

I think you should open shop and do portraits of everyone on TD, if they pay you at least. I know it seems like a lot of work but you'll get galleons for it and you don't need to accept every offer that comes by you.

Thanks! I'll certainly consider opening up a shop. I'd love to do portraits of everyone, but it would take me a loooong time. If I do open up a shop, it'll have to be a person-by-person thing. And you'll have to allow me at least a month or two for each one. It doesn't actually take that long to make, but my schedule's always so crowded and I do a lot of erasing. And I procrastinate. And like Pkia once said, I sorta have to be in the right mood for drawing. Otherwise, it'll turn out to be crap.

Whoa, those be sweet, mon amie! You rock at life.
I'd love if you did one of me someday, though I totally understand the scheduling nuances. Meh. *shrugs* I'm not going anywhere. I've got time.
hehe, Rita...hehehehehe.

I've been trying to finish my drawings... yet I the sketches I have started on must feel pretty darn abandoned lately. And I always get frustrated with myself... None of my art is ever good enough for me.

Well. I'm done with school now (*yay*), so I have much more free time on my hands. I have a couple classes and a couple performances and a couple things that should've been done a long time ago (e.g., clean room :, but besides that, I'm free. So if you'd like your portrait done, please post that you're interested in here. And I'll need you to answer some questions, too.
Leia dear, if you still want me to draw your portrait, I'm going to need you to answer some things. ...Oh what the hey. I'll just post the questions below. Anyone who wants me to draw their portrait, make a post below and answer the questions (hopefully I can make use of the info when drawing). Thanks
(I know this thread isn't in [Something] Alley, but if you guys don't mind, I'd like to charge about 50 galleons per portrait. If that's alright. These portraits do take a pretty long time.)
Questions:
If any of the questions are too personal or whatever, just ignore them.
