Oh I see. The article referred to the people as Michigans. *shrugs*
Life is great because I got to sleep an extra hour at night which is a relief after having to wake up at 6 nearly every morning.

But the midwest accent is apparently the most easily understandable, which is why all the news people and stuff have them. Maybe that's what they mean about Michiganders having correct English... the people in my class unfortunately don't seem to too much.
Edit: The word is Michiganders further up north, but here people say Michiganians. I still say Michiganders. Heehee... I'm just plain ol' Californian.
Anyway, are you sure about the accent thing? I'm starting to think Californians don't really have an accent. I went up to Vancouver/Victoria/Alberta over the summer and they sounded like Californians... or at least Northern Californians... They sound the same in Nevada and Seattle... and even on TV... We all sound the same! I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing.
... Alrighty, so today life is great because I just sent in my application for California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo!!! ((or just Cal Poly SLO)) Heehee... ;D I'm uber excited!

You're a Californian Will? Can you believe I never knew that?
Today life is still good because I've just watched a Jason Isaacs movie. He's so great! *loves all of the HP cast*

*shrugs* Accents are tricky because you don't hear it, but people from different regions do. I don't feel I have an accent either, but who knows, I might.
And my friends from NoCal sound the same to me, the expression may be slightly different, but they essentially sound the same. I guess for me accent shave to be noticeably different.
Ko, we met this guy from Melbourne on Friday night. I could just hear him talk for the rest of my life.
Let‘s see, life is good because as soon as I‘m done here I‘m going back to sleep.

Life is great because in the last week I got my learner drivers license, my new phone, my mum paid off the rest of the bed I had on lay-by (over $1000) and then mum bought me a whole new computer system. Soooo good! ;D And then Alex bought me the book and 2 CDs I'd been looking for a while. I feel so spoilt.

is there anyone in this world who wouldn't just melt from hearing an Australian accent?! Or an Irish/Scottish one, for that matter...and i have no problem with British/English, French, or Italian..... But Australian comes first, dang it. *sigh* Life is great because, after a 3 week hiatus, my dad finally gave me back my cell phone and computer privileges. YAY. lol. even though i did sneak on to weigh in a couple of times.

Life is great because my room is clean.....
And I got an A on my midterm, we're having a Friends marathon later and Harry Potter comes out soon!
((I'd have to put the British ahead of Australians...))

Life is great because I NEVER have to take the SAT/SAT II again!!! And also because I finished To Kill a Mockingbird last night and I got flowers! ;D It has been a wonderful production week. Now I'm kind of lost as to what to do next... Probably start looking at my lines for Twelfth Night! I'm doing Shakespeare too!

Life is great today because I've finished grading papers for my class, and only one person failed (and that was of his own accord, because it was the biggest case of open and shut plagarism I've ever seen). I gave out more As than I thought I would, so that was good. And I watched The Matrix and Desperate Housewives on TV tonight, I missed Desperate Housewives so much when I didn't have a TV it was so sad. Oh, and I had chocolate fudge icecream tonight. ;D

Wow.... this is such a cool subject, i was going to make a scrap book the other day when I was feeling low...
I planned it all out with pictures and catergories and things, then never finished it.

Life is great, not because I've seen GoF yet, but because I get my first real thanksgiving-type dinner tomorrow; my friends are having a pre-thanksgiving thanksgiving dinner since everyone will be home that weekend, so yeah. I can't wait.
