OK, so I found this little thing and I figured it would be a great way to earn exalts. The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.Basically, you create a Johari for yourself describing yourself with 5-6 words provided and then copy and paste the link to yours in this thread. Then everyone can come along letting you know what they see in your personality while making their own Johari. Because people can leave a name that you can see you can look at how people have described you and exalt them, then describe them and be exalted back.
To start with here is my Johari: Nierme.
I'm also going to post my viewing link so I can see what other people think of me. Nierme viewing.
Who's going next?

Oooooh I've done this in real life before... and I picked out 6 for you, Nie, and I wonder what would happen if I picked more, so I might just try that next time. Mine is kinda weird because I picked two words that seem to be contradicting, but to me it makes perfect sense that I'm that way. It's all about the situation. kevan.org/johari?name=nancynancythere's mine.

You see, I seem to find these things tricky tricky... because you're not saying what you think of the person, but guessing what they think of themselves. And people are generally quite good at coving up their own insecurities and prides, so it's difficult to tell whether they realize how smart/funny/extoverted they really are.
Ah well, I still think it's a great and fun idea Here's mine: Pkia
And how do you get to see what the person who made the Johari thinks of themself? I can see what other people think of them, but I don't get how to read the box. Is it the things in the left column are what they chose and the ones in the top right box what other people guessed and the ones in the bottom right what nobody chose?
and my viewing window: Pkia

Down near the bottom in the big pale greay box it has a Description Breakdown. It lists everyone that has particitpated in your Johari and what they thought of you.

Argh, all the names I wanted had been taken, so I had to do this about 4 times before it would actually save, but here's mine: Clicky.
And my window thingy is here.

Such a weird coincidence...a friend of mine recently found this site as well.
But anyways, I'm not sure how accurate this can be considering we don't really know each other IRL, but I'll give it a shot. It'll be interesting, at least. It's tough to choose just six.
