Er, Kagome, having 100 posts is ONE of the requirements. There's a few other ones which Rue and I will be taking into consideration when we look at new house applicants. You should probably have a look at the first post of this thread...
And I won't be adding anybody's name to birthday list until you have been officially accepted into Hufflepuff. Sorry. Those are the rules. But once you are accepted, I'll add your birthdays up.

[glow=red,2,300]You just spammed. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh bad gurl. It's alright. But that is spam.[/glow] Er, Kagome, what YOU wrote counts as spam. It does not contain anything that adds to the conversation (seeing as this is a business thread and you shouldn't conversing in here in any case) and as a result, I have deleted your post. If you want more information on why your post counts as spam, have a look at the rules in the Newbies Commons.
In any case, Hisui didn't spam in her two posts because, although one followed the other, there was a gap of 31 minutes between the posts, so that is hardly an immediate post.
Hisui, you need to have at least 100 posts before you can be considered for house membership. We'll take note of the fact that you have applied to be a Huff and once you hit 100 posts, we'll start watching your posts and seeing how suitable you'd be as a house member.

Actually, kagome's second post is SPAM because the posts are only about a half hour apart. Posts have to be at least a full 24 hours apart roughly for them to notbe counted as SPAM. So that second post will have to be deleted.
Otherwise it's just too easy for people who are online to just wait half an hour than post in any threads they posted in previously agian without someone replying.
And kagome, if you look in the top right hand corner of each of your posts you'll see three buttons: Quote, Modify and Delete. I suggest you use them to avoid spamming and missing out on your chance of being accepted.

Er, what Ele (Nierme/Hufflepuff wasp) said. Sorry, Hsiui for that- she's a deputy head, so what she says goes! I guess the rules are stricter now.
Anyway, now that that's all been sorted,
is also spam. It adds nothing to the conversation and doesn't really relate to anything.
I strongly suggest that you go have a look at the spam rules. I may be more lenient on you now because you are new, but as you get to know your way around the board, other people may not go as easy.

heyhey! My name's Ally (well gee, that's a given...) and I was an avid user of the first Trapdoor site for months and months...I loved it! Actually I was a leading poster...had a few thousand I think, maybe...But ::tear:: it was addicting, and addicted I did become. So I had 2 stop going on it altogether. LoL I seem so lame... okay so I want 2 be a Hufflepuff because I was before, and because Hufflepuff is the nicest house and I'm a pretty nice person!!! :-D one of my friends says I remind them of Anne Frank because she was just as nice and naïve as I am. Oh, and cause I'm Jewish. But I'm rambling, sorry :-D anyway I'd love to be a Hufflepuff!! Oh I've posted twice before but I was a "guest" at the time.

Hi Ally. Welcome to TD2! You're probably familiar with the layout of this site if you were on TD1 but now we've got a few different rules for how to go about getting into a house.
For example, we can't let you apply until you've got at least 100 posts, just so we know you'll be sticking around. Also, we need to know that you'll be making read-worthy posts, so you'll need to adhere to the SPAM rules. A copy of the rules can be found in the Daily Prophet thread or the Newbies' room.
I'm not sure if they were around when you were on TD1, but yeah. Otherwise they're pretty much the same. But yeah, there are only 3 Huffers we have in our ranks now from the old days, so yeah, come and get reaccquainted while you get your 100 posts. Rue and I will discuss your app in the meantime.

Er, Ally, I strongly suggest that you have a look at the SPAM rules. What you just wrote may be considered SPAM. I know that you are new to this board and to these rules, but it's usually best if you read them as soon as you can. Knowing what the rules are and abiding by them are more likely to get you into a house.

Nope, "Sexy" is not considered a rude word.
Anyway, if you've read the rules, you'll know that good conversation is always valued in the Huffs. So if you want, come and find out what kind of people we are and have a chat with us. We're usually hanging around the common room somewhere.
