*as all the string comes off of her* Oh well.
*can't resist though spraying some on her hand, since the charm she used reduced the stickyness and the image seemed similar to Moira though rather wonky since it's string. Places it on a small table and goes along with the others flumping herself down on her pillow* Wow! Congrats on going to become an aunt again Moira! Must be cute!

*sighs forlornedly from the corner* I wish I could be an aunt. I don't have any sibs. Erm, any blood-related sibs, I mean. You guys are like my family. *smiles and puts her arms around Moira and KoNeko's shoulders*

*gives fan a hug* Same, everyone in this room I consider family . And thanks, Herm. Believe me, once my brother got married to my sister-in-law, her family became my family too (I knew them and her before my brother did, cause we went to the same church) so all of this family and relative stuff is, for me, pretty much like living it all for the first time. I have my own extended family with aunts and uncles, but they don't mean anything to me. It's the first time that when I think of family, it actually extends past my immediate siblings and parents.

Can I give you a hug too Fan? I know we're not in the same house, so it's not really family, but we're still friends right?

Oh, both of you, come here. *hugs* Guys, you know I love you all. I just happened to hug on Ko and Moira, because if I *ehem* accidentally choked one of them to death, I wouldn't be in debt to Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. *laughs* Just kidding. You're all so awesome.

*hugs* All of you guys are awesome too. You know, that's what's so great about TD. We're all one big happy community from the 4 corners of the world, who get along so well with one another.
Talk about listening to the Sorting Hat.;D

*cracks up laughing* I guess you just need to find a bigger box then;)
And I totally agree with you Herm, I think it's sweet how we can all get along great together at a place like TD. Perhaps the adopting into of houses helps to create that feeling, because you find very few message boards who structure themselves like that. Granted, this is structured like this because of HP, but still...even among the HP sites, it's very unique on its own.

*cracks up laughing beside Moira* True. Maybe you can enlarge the box if you can't find a bigger one.
I agree. I've been to other boards and few get along like we do. Maybe it's because like the WB board is always so crammed with people, so things aren't understood that well. Besides, I used to go there, then I saw a link to here, and came here then. But over there, due to the large amount of people posting and all, if I said something on one day, the next day I wouldn't know even where the thread is, because people kept doing new threads and things often got out of control.

Oh I know, I hated that place. And there were so many immature comments, it made me either want to laugh or pull hairs out of my head. I too saw an announcement there for this place, and that's how I came to find TD.
*looks around* This place has gone a little quiet. Really, the purpose of this room is to share whatever you guys want. If there's something off topic but you want to discuss it, whether it be an IRL issue or what, feel free:)

*nods* Yeah. Thank God I found the link to this place.
*shrugs* Well right now, my life is just as normal as it can be. I check the post like 3 times a day hoping to find my results there. If they come at some time when I'm not home and can't get to them! Argh! I'd start pulling my hair!*sigh*

*grins and sings* Herm's addicted to TrapDoor, Herm's addicted to TrapDoor...
Yeah, I used to be like that as well... It gets really distracting sometimes and you need to actually wean yourself off TD a bit (even though it's really hard)! But seriously, I do agree that it's totally addictive.

I became addicted ever since I came here in July a year ago. ;D At first I was a bit wary and all. I had never been on a Message board much andf I didn't post much on the WB board before either. But then I got to know you people, and the rest you all know.

*laughs* When I first oriented myself into more than just the Huff commons, it kept me pretty busy being on the computer all day, just responding back to all the threads I was participating in and stuff. It was fun, but at the same time, wore me out. Plus I've had friends who have let their lives run by the computer, and...I guess I didn't want that to be me
