Is that why it was red?
But yeah, I sympathise with the grey hair-ness. Dyeing my hair purple just resulted in the purple-to-blue-to-grey hair thing, so now I've got light grey streaks in my hair, only thing is that the yellow tint from my (naturally black/brown) hair is like, leaching into it, so it's going a weird golden blonde.

I like my hair...it's goldie-blonde on top and darker on the bottom --kind of light golden brownish-- so it looks cool when it's braided. Thing that bugs me, though, is that my eyebrows match the underneath hair. And so they look way too dark next to my super-blonde top layer.

I have extra-thick hair as well, which isn't always fun. My nickname (among others) is after my hair, Big Red. Sometimes I wish I had my sister's hair...straight...thin...but on the whole, extremely boring. My hair has character . I've used Sun-In once because I wanted to see what it would do to my hair, it gave it a more orange hue, but on the whole didn't really change it a lot. I do, however, have grey hairs and have since I was about twelve. Actually, they're more white. I also have a lot of blond hairs stuck throughout my head. My theory is that I have so much hair that there isn't enough color to spread evenly to each hair. Yeah, I know, probably wrong, but it sounds good to me! My eyebrows are near nonexistant. Although I have relatively dark red hair, my eyebrows are a strawberry blond and from fair away (and even closer up) I look like I don't have any arm hairs because they are so fair...actually, I just don't have very hairy arms at all. I think my "I have too much hair" theory can be applied to this as well. When I was born I had really bright green eyes and then as I got older they changed and still change based on how I feel (is that odd) and what i wear. If I wear brown they look brown, if I wear my red-brown sweater they look red-brown, if I wear green they look olive. It's probably because they are actually a mix between olive and brown and the flecks of olive show at different times more than other times.

I don't know why, but yesterday I felt beautiful. I know, I sound really vain. But I was on a speed boat with my best friend, and my hair is reeeeeeeally long. So, I let my hair down. I knew it would get uber knotty, but I just let it fly free behind me. It felt gorgeous. ;D

*sigh* That's the only time I miss my long hair -- when the wind blows.
I feel graceful today. For me, of course, that means I've gone a whole day without bashing into something and bruising myself, but hey, it's a happy feeling

lol, sorry, poor-short-haired En! lol, graceful is a lovely feeling. enjoy it. ;D I'm very clumsy, but when I'm dancing I feel nice. lol, not that I dance often, just to my celtic music when no-one's looking.

*fakes being shocked and defensive* Why did you wink? What are you implying? Are you saying you think I dance to Celtic music when no one is looking? Because I don't.
... My neighbours probably think I'm nuts. I have Irish traditional music blaring on summer evenings while I sort of half-jig around the house between writing stints
I'm not a bad dancer either. Not trained, but not bad.

I like my eyes--like them so much that I passed them on to both children they are vibrant blue..... and when I wore my hair naturally (meaning no added color), my eyes were the first thing people noticed as my natural hair was very dark brown...

What colour is your hair now, guin?
I think it's really cool that my fingers can bend at such goofy angles.

It*s red.....has been for a long time and probably will be..
I like my hair--it is short now, but when it is long, it is not curly nor straight--just sort of wavy and ultra thick.
this is a neat topic. I did a manage your stress training for adults involved in Girl Scouting and this was one of the exercizes. I forced them to be very specific--and it loosened up the group a lot.
