1) Is Professor McGonagall a Death Eater? The most loyal follower? Well, what do you think? It seems a bit far fetched, but I am leaning towards this theory.
2) What if Harry is not the "Chosen One?" What if it was Snape? If you read the original prophecy: "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches..." Couldn't those three "..." mean Snape (since he was approaching the room that Dumbledore and Trelawney were in)? Any thoughts?

Actually not a third question, but a renewed statement and other rants:
I posted a theory similar to this a while ago, but have refined it.
RAB is Regulus Black, however he went into hiding after taking the Horcrux. Kreacher was with him, as there needed to be two people to get it. Kreacher was made to drink the potion and that is why he is a bit batty. The potion kills humans not house elves. Regulus then went into hidding through the method Dumbledore offered to Malfoy when he told him that he could be hidden if everyone thought he was dead.
The locket was taken by Kreacher and hidden in his "bedroom."
I also think that there will not be any quiddich in the 7th Book because the Quiddich Cup is actually a horcrux or possibly one of the other trophies that Ron barfed slugs all over in CoS. Dumbledore did say that Tom Riddle did like "powerful trophies."
Speaking of which, Isn't Harry a direct decendant of Godric Griffindor? So, Harry could be the final horcrux because he is something special from one of Hogwarts Four.
Harry's eyes are so important because Snape is going to look into those eyes in the final battle with Harry and Lord Voldemort. He will be reminded of how he was in love with Lilly Evans when he was in school. He is going to pull a "Darth Vader" and kill Voldemort.
What do you think?

I do think that Snape was in love with Lily, and that is probably what made him Vader already - I think when Voldemort killed Lily, that was the point at which Snape turned to Dumbledore.
Er... but I don't think Harry is descended from Gryffindor.
Good thinking on the Kreacher thing though! And it would be just like JKR to make Kreacher even more important - if only Harry (or Hermione) can think of the right questions to ask! I think I'll pass this idea around the gang at the bookstore here and see what they think. Thanks

Thanks En!
One more question and a statement:
What was the exact date that Voldemort attempted to kill Harry? Was it Halloween night?
Could this have something to do with the title of the next book?
Statement--McGonagall gave Draco an alibi when Katie was cursed: (pg 255 " Because he was doing detention with me."

My guess has been that the Deathly Hallows is a place, possibly the place on the other side of the Veil of Death, or possibly someplace Harry has to go to destroy one or more Horcruces.

I also thought the Deathly Hallows was a place too, but something more like a graveyard or creepy part of the forbidden forest or something... although if it was the place beyond the veil, that would be really interesting. Would Harry be able to go beyond the veil without dying? Or does he have to die to vanquish Voldie?
(I really like the Kreacher theory too. I just wish we knew more about house-elf physiology!)

I agree with the Kreacher thing.....As for the deathly hallows.....I think its on the other side of the veil.......But instead of dieing when you go through maybe you just get trapped in limbo or something and you have to know a certain speel hex charm or curse to get out or something? What do you guys think?
OK! A ''HALLOW'' is like a valley, only is surrounded on all sides by higher ground. So its like an island, but instead of water its raised land. So, Im guessing Godrics Hallow is where he has to go. Maybe one of the horcruxes is there? At harrys old house? Im so sorry to be posting this now, I havent gotten the 7th book yet, but this is just my theory. KEEP ME UPDATED! ;D

The deathly Hallows-
A wand. The death stick.
THE ELDAR WAND.
A cloak of invisibility.
HARR'S CLOAK.
A stone
THE STONE OF RESURECRTION.
