************************************************ i can't wait for The Ringer...i'm sure it's opening in New york soon, but i've still gotta wait for it to get down to texas...gah, i'm ecstatic. i looooove johnny knoxville, and it looks like it'll be hilarious...i thought at first people might get all mad because he IS impersonating a mentally handicapped person, but then i saw the full previews today and it just looks like he's showing how much fun they are...a different side, as opposed to the normal aspect of the person everyone dodges (which is HORRIBLE)...but still, it should be good for quite a few laughs, no?

I'm hanging out for the next Pirates of the Carribbean movie. ;D Or maybe it's just that I'm hanging out to see Johnny Depp on the big screen again.
Actually, I'm really wanting to see Keeping Mum with Rowan Atkinson, Maggie Price and Patrick Swazye. I bought the whole 4 seasons of Black Adder and they gave me two free tickets to see Keeping Mum. Alex and I are probably going to see it on Monday.

AAAAAAAAAHHHHH! Kelsey Grammer is playing Beast in the new third X-Men movie! And Moira McTaggart is going to be in it, too! Yay nerdy characters!
Shadowcat, Angel and Psylocke are also on the cast list, but no hints as to how they're going to work them in to the story yet... but where is Nightcrawler? He's not on the list

Yet another comic book film release:
V for Vendetta. Here's the synopsis from the site:
Set against the futuristic landscape of totalitarian Britain, V For Vendetta tells the story of a mild-mannered young woman named Evey (NATALIE PORTMAN) who is rescued from a life-and-death situation by a masked man (HUGO WEAVING) known only as āV.ā Incomparably charismatic and ferociously skilled in the art of combat and deception, V ignites a revolution when he urges his fellow citizens to rise up against tyranny and oppression. As Evey uncovers the truth about Vās mysterious background, she also discovers the truth about herself ā and emerges as his unlikely ally in the culmination of his plan to bring freedom and justice back to a society fraught with cruelty and corruption.
There are three trailers that are up on the website as well. But yeah. Hugo Weaving... need I say more? ;D

I really, really want to see A Scanner Darkly.
It's adapted from the book by Philip K. Dick. My gosh it looks pretty. It has me wanting to read the book before I see the movie.
