Alex and I were talking about things we associate with each other, like I associate headphones, hugs and the colours blue, brown and black with him.
It got me thinking about what else I associate with other things, and I came to what I associate with Ravenclaw. The I started wondering what everyone else here associates with our house, so I thought it would be a fun topic of discussion for us. We can post pictures of what we associate too, because visual associations just tend to stick.
I'll start.
One of the things I associate with Ravenclaw is:
I've always thought that our common room would be strewn with parchment scrolls piled and stacked in corners and next to chairs and sticking out of things.

What do I associate with you guys? Books. Lots and lots of old oak bookcases stuffed with first print copies of texts. Musty old book smell (I'm weird, I like that smell). Hot cocoa. Ink and quills. Sleep deprivation. Candles and fireplaces.

Throws and assorted blankets. Cat hair. Library cards. Large cushions. Ottomans. Morris chairs. Bold coffee. Oddly enough, nose bleeds.
