Would you like to be considered for the Dean Thomas Award in this year's Fluffies? Post a maximum of three (3) pictures that you have drawn/created yourself. It doesn't matter if you've done it on the computer, by hand, or however. Just post the pictures here or provide a link to someplace where we can view them.
If you like, you can also put a small explanation of your picture. All of this should be in one post -- do not put your pictures up separately. Remember, you must have some artwork up in this thread in order to be considered for a nomination for the Dean Thomas Award.
Thanks, and good luck!

Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin:
OK, so this is one I think looks terrible but has a lot of meaning to me. It was during a time I wasn't feeling so well about love and all that, and all I felt led to this drawing. You know that feeling you get when you're seriously in love with someone, that it feels like that person carries your heart tied tightly with a string and does with it whatever he/she wants? Bounces it, pokes it, plays with it? And all you just feel is the words written in the background, plus the tiredness of the long wait for a bit of attention.
An attempt to draw Shirley Manson:
I just noticed you only asked for 3, I posted 6. It was really hard to pick.

Eh... I have given up on drawing for now. I just keep beating myself over it and that's just not worth it. I'm so tired... I don't want to bother.
I'm going to post this unfinished sketch though... Only because I believe it has some potential.
Oh yeah. I apologize before hand if these images are insanely large...
These other two are just pictures that I took when I was doing the play Children’s Crusade. I played around with it in Photoshop and I thought they turned out nicely.
Yes, that is the swastika in the background...
This picture always sends chills down my spine. I really like it... It's dramatic. The girl is Kristina. She played a girl named Sini who, uh, died...
I have more, but I can't post them all. -tries not to pull hair out- Why?! Why only three pictures, Silver??!![/ color]

I don't think we're going to be very strict about this, guys. We just really want people to cooperate and participate (that means start nominating people!). We're hoping things like the Fluffies and the Yearbooks, which'll probably be coming out sometime this month as well, will help make this place more active and lively again.
But to answer your question, Willow, the deadline for sending the Nominations PM back is October 10, thus anyone interested in nominating himself for the Dean Thomas Award must have artwork posted by Sunday, October 10. We need to have all award nominees in order to start putting together the ballot.

Sorry, Willow. I didn't make the rules. (I just used whatever rules Pkia had in place since last time.) Just choose the three you like the most and you think best represent your abilities. I guess that just makes it easier for viewing. Plus, it puts each nominee on a level ground.
Today is the last day for nominating yourself for the Dean Thomas Award! Please post now if you want to considered for the award. Don't be shy!
