The table was a large one, but the three were all crowded together at one corner of it: 'No room! No room!' they cried out when they saw Alice coming. 'There's plenty of room!' said Alice indignantly, and she sat down in a large arm-chair at one end of the table.
'Have some wine,' the March Hare said in an encouraging tone.
Alice looked all round the table, but there was nothing on it but tea. 'I don't see any wine,' she remarked.
'There isn't any,' said the March Hare.
'Then it wasn't very civil of you to offer it,' said Alice angrily.
'It wasn't very civil of you to sit down without being invited,' said the March Hare.
So here's your invitation. Welcome to the Mad Tea Party. Sit down, have a cup of wine tea, and enjoy some (random) leisure talk.[/color]

No room! No room!
Just kidding.
Hi, Tonks! So who's this friend of yours? A big fan of mad tea parties? You can invite him/her here, too. There's plenty of room.
I do believe we're outside. *looks around and notices a golden-coloured leaf falling onto the table* Yep, we're definitely outisde. Would you like some tea? The March Hare and the Hatter seem to be enjoying it.

*clears her throat and lifts up her wand, er, daintily* Accio teacups!
*immediately two porcelain teacups, white and lilac in color, fly out from the house on matching saucers and land softly onto the table*
I hope chamomile tea is okay. *pours some into each cup and slides one over to Tonks* Say, have you heard about Bring a Friend Week? I just checked the post this morning and read about it. You can invite that friend of yours to TD and she can join our mad tea party. [hehe, I actually haven't read Alice in Wonderland yet, but the idea has always fascinated me. I've read parts of it; I thought the passage I used in the first post was rather amusing.] For every friend you get to join, you win two points to your House, or in your case, the House of your choice. And speaking of which, are you applying to any House?

Why, hello there, Lianne! Nice of you to drop by. You're so right; this party will be mad.
*under her breath* If we run out of space, we'll just kick out the Hatter and the March Hare; they're rather annoying, if you ask me. *thinks for a second* the Doormouse can stay. He's not taking up much space anyways.

*laughs and takes a sip of the tea* Actually, this is really good tea. Thank you. *smiles* Well, I don't think they're annoying. *waves and smiles at the Mad Hatter and Rabbit* Just a little....hmm...strange. But I like strange. ;D
And yes, I've heard about Bring A Friend week. I'm working on bringing my friends here. ;D
Hi, Lianne.

Yeah, maybe "strange" is the better word to use. I wouldn't want them to go even crazier on me.
Awesome! I hope your friends join TD. We could always use more people.
I have a question for you, Tonks. This is probably going to sound very, very random, but I think it was you who had this really good quote in your signature a while ago; I think it was from PotC as well. It was only there for a while, but I was wondering if you still had that on hand (or even remember what I'm talking about).

*walks up, smiling, as if remebering an old memory. takes a seat next to Lianne, and picks up a cup.* AHHH! *screams...not very quietly...at the Doormouse, looking a tiny bit hungover in the cup she just picked up. sighs, glad it is only a mouse, and picks up another saucer, making sure nothing resides in it b4 purongherself some tea.* i guess the Doormouse got tired of the teapot. ;D

Hey, icefirelupa! Er, what would you like to be called? I do hate to call people by the wrong name. *glances sidelong towards the Hatter* I called him the Mad Hatter a while ago and he tried to throw a teacup at me.
I see you've met the Doormouse! I was wondering where he disappeared to. So how are you, icefirelupa, besides a little burnt? I hope you're okay, by the way!

-Willow prances in quite happy to have some tea and chat about random things-
Why, hello there everyone! May I have a bit of butter and jam on my toast please? And no mustard… Thank you.

*smiles as Willow and Ice come along* Hey, guys! How ya been?
*turns toward noir* Well, I'm not really sure which one your talking about, cuz I had so many quotes, but maybe it was the "dishonest" one that caught your attention?:
"I'm dishonest. And a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. Its the honest ones you want to watch out for, 'cause you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly stupid..." ~Jack Sparrow...

Willow! I was wondering when you'd drop by and add some more randomness to this place. Sure sure, here's some toast for you. *nicely toasted bread immediately appears on the table, along with butter and grape jelly, all on matching saucers* Enjoy, dear! And no worries...no mustard in sight.
Yep! I think that's the one, Tonks! I remember reading it in your sig and then wanting to post that in our Gallery. Hehe, it seemed like something Draco would say. Thanks so much!
