Hmmm. That sounds interesting, but I'm sure your diet would be sort of lacking if you only had oatmeal and tobasco?
I made a big pot of vegetarian chili the other day. It's really tasty on baked potatoes with sour cream and chives.

Ahh! What a tasty bowl of Oatmeal I had this morning! Actually my second, as it is already 10AM. I feel so healthy I can hardly stand it! I'm just about out of supply, so I will be going to the store soon to see if they have some of that unrefined oatmeal. It is a little hard to find, but it is wonderful! And it makes you very regular.
But guess what? I started having some joint pain. But I found a cure for that too! Just take a blurp of apple cider vinegar and put it in an 8 ounce glass of water. Then drink it down! Before you know it your joints are working just fine, with no pain! I can't believe how easy this is! I am going to run all the doctors around here out of business, as soon as everybody starts using my cures for what ails them.
Better get out there and get your own Oatmeal and Apple Cider Vinegar! Once everybody discovers them the stores will be sold out!

What a refreshing idea! Last night my daughter said that with my Oatmeal food craving that I should try an Oatmeal Enema! Today I made an extra large amount for my mid morning snack and used that. I emptied out a Fleet's homestyle enema container and filled it with a glop of Oatmeal. Put in just a little water to make it more squirtable. Then I laid down in the bathtub and went forward.
The sensation of warm, oozy Oatmeal was wonderful! I administered about a gallon, and then just lay there for awhile, relishing the sensation. Then I got up and finished the session.
I feel so refreshed it is unbelievable! Now I plan to use Oatmeal both ways every day! Try it out!

Oh, what a wondrous day it is! This morning, after my first bowl of steamy oatmeal, I trekked down to the local grocer. There on the shelf was a box of authentic Scottish Brose! It was quite coarse and took about 45 minutes at a rolling boil to cook. I scooped out a big bowl and dropped in a handful of raisins and a couple prunes. I briefly considered splashing on a little milk or a spoonful of brown sugar, but decided to keep it close to natural.
I dug in deeply and snarfed down mouthful after mouthful. It was delightful! Then, to my chagrin, I notices a couple of the raisins were moving. Before I knew it one raisin mounted the other and a battle royal ensued! At that precise moment I noted that the raisins in my mouth were a bit more crunchy and harsh than one would expect... But no matter. A little variety in the diet can't hurt! I scooped up a spoonful of the vanquished and the victorious and crunched them all down!
My bowl empty, I returned to my stove to survey the cooling pot. I noted a wary German shepherd outdoors, and offered him a hearty bowl of goodness. He yelped and scampered off to points unknown.
I then filled my 2-quart syringe, sans "raisins", and administered the mixture gleefully! A strange sensation ensued. After release I again went to view the cooling pot! I previously thought that my bag of raisins was contaminated, but there in the pot were dozens of little crawlies. I opened the box of Brose and sure enough, it was alive with activity! Glory hallelujah! A little spice to enliven my day!

I haven't been in the U.S. for 10 months and the two things I miss most have turned out to be Kraft macaroni and cheese and Ramen noodles. I didn't even eat them that much before, but they were always available...
