All Right. I know all of you love Disney movies, (who doesn't?) but what were your favourites when you were younger, what's your favourite now?
I used to love Aladdin to death. I got the sheets, I sang the songs, I played the movie continuously. But I honestly don't know why I loved it. I was always scared for half of it...
Around 10 or so I started to like the others more. And now I think my current favourite is Mulan. The songs are great, it's interesting, it's set in China... *looks innocent*
But I think I've always loved the songs in those movies more than anything else. And the way you could play them millions of times, (which I did,) and still get scared and excited and full of suspense.

I was but a mere babe when Peter Pan came out for the first time and I loved it. I still have the Hallmark map of Never Never land my mother bought for me--and I had a Peter Pan doll that my dog chewed off the tips of his shoes.. really, I wanted him to take me away to Never Never Land as my mother was so damn cranky all the time..
But the last Disney film I saw was Mulan and that was terrific..

Well my first two favourite's were "Beauty and the Beast", "Sleeping Beauty"(where do you think I got Bryer Rose before?), and "The Little Mermaid". Then there was "The Lion King"... that was great for me. And the most of the one's lately have sucked. But Mulan was good for me.

Gen and my younger sister used to always love the ones with more action, like The Rescuers Down Under and The Great Mouse Detective. But I was always really scared of those. Do you think I got my fear of "bad men" from all the Disney movies I used to watch? I'm trying to think of the "most played" Disney movie in my house, but I can't name it. First of all, I'm the 5th kid out of six, so I don't know what my older siblings used to watch. But I'd always pick Aladdin, Gen and Air would want The Rescuers Down Under, and sometimes I could pursuade them to watch The Rescuers instead, which was scary, but not as scary as I thought the others were.

I loved the lion king. I hated all the romnace thingies, still do. ok, so disney's not REAL romance, but still there was some. and the typical princess story. which is why I liked the lion king... different from the others. not that different, bu different.

I love, love, love, love, love Disney movies!!
My list:
1. The Little Mermaid
I'm not going to put the rest with numbers. I only place this in first because it's really my favourite.
The Lion King Mulan Aladdin The Great Mouse Detective Beauty and the Beast The Emperor's New Groove (it was fun!)
I didn't like Snowhite much...I'm still afraid of the witch when she turns into an old lady. *shivers*
What about Disney songs? What are your favourites? I'm going to make a written list so that I don't forget any, and I'll post them later on. Lemme just say "Circle Of Life".

One more song: "Out There" from Hunchback of Notre Dame. And yet another one: "A Whole New World" from Aladdin. I'll make a complete list.

I don't like that cat. He scares me. *shivers* And I don't like Alice in Wonderland because of that cat! There's some moon position which makes me remind of his smile...that smile that glows in the dark..gah, I'M SHAKING HERE!!! Just the thought of it gives me the creeps.

It's all about Sleeping Beauty. I mean, if nothing else it has the best Disney villian ever. I also love the Emperor's New Groove. I like the fact that it's not stereotypical Disney.

That cat scares me too! My parents didn't buy most of the traditional Disney movies, which I've never figured out. So I saw The Little Mermaid while baby-sitting a 5 year-old a few months ago... and loved it. Our copy of Bambi broke so I only have brief memories of watching it. We never bought Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, or Alice in Wonderland. And I haven't seen most of the recent ones. My parents stopped buying them after The Lion King because most of my older siblings weren't interested anymore. I only got Mulan because Gen bought it for me, knowing that I have this weird love for China and almost everything having to do with it.

Rue, Bambi sucks. It's so so so so boring. So everything. So gah. So bleh. So urgh.
"The Little Mermaid" is awesome though. Still my favourite. I still cry in the end...I know the feeling of wanting something you can't have. Or knew. I cry at "The Lion King" too but erm...yeah. I'm really sentimental.
This is Mina, btw.
