I was never scared of Snow White... at all. I think I'd make fun of her step-mother with Airlia, and we were cruel, but we'd just laugh at her. I was never scared of her. I don't think Air and I even liked that movie that much. I think we sort of out-ruled all of the older looking movies because they didn't seem interesting enough. I only saw Alice in Wonderland once or twice because we don't own it, but everything about that movie is freaky. It's like Pinocchio. *shudders*

*ahem* I rented "Alice in Wonderland" the other day and I just could watch it today. Creepy thing. Annoying. Argh. That rabbit who's always singing "Happy Birthday" gets on my nerves. And then there's the cat. I think I got over my fear...YAY! But it still scares me somehow. I had to watch "The Little Mermaid" after it. Ariel's my therapy. So I'm stuck with "Poor Unfortunate Souls" in my head since last night.

I loved Mulan. Heck I loved that movie so much I went the the movie theater the first day it was out to watch it.
Then there's The Lion King. That movie's great. I didn't like the sequel too much though.
Toy Story I and II are great though.
The Emperor's New Groove is hilarious! We used to watch this movie and Toy Story II all the time in art last year. I loved that class. Too bad that was last year and this is this year.
I also like Sleeping Beauty.
All other Disney movies not listed above somehow bug me. Except for Fantasia, but that cuz I haven't watched it yet. I'll watch it this weekend though. I'm gonna have to force myself, but I'll watch it. Lol. Just relaized we've owned that movie for months and no one's bothered to watch it.
As you can all see I'm not a big fan of disney movies, but Tigger is still the best. ;D

Mulan and The Lion King are my most favourite of all Disney movies. Alladin comes second and all the others last. Are Road to Eldorado and Prince of Egypt Disney movies? I can't remember but these two movies a wonderful, Prince of Egypt made my cry.

But yes, they were both very, very good!!! I loved them!!! ;D

I liked Mulan so much that I watched it more than 10 times. Now I'm just plain sick of it.
The Rescuers Down Under was was really cute. I loved it when I was around 8. Watched it maybe 5 times or so.
Aladdin was great. I still love playing the computer game...........The songs are really nice. Even those without words.
And Simba rules. Really, really rules.

Things that crack me up for $500, Alex...
The Lion King = Hamlet.
I'm so not kidding. Think about it. The king gets killed in a plot by the creepy uncle, who then takes over the throne. The prince can't pin it on the uncle at first, and since he feels awful about losing his dad, he spends all his time off somewhere, occasionally in the company of one good friend and two kind of squirrelly friends. Then the prince sees the ghost of his father, realizes that the crazy uncle is to blame for the old king's death, putzes around working up some nerve, then has to have a duel with the crazy uncle and the uncle's minions.
Only, in this version, Hamlet, I mean Simba, doesn't accidentally kill his girlfriend's dad and doesn't get killed dueling her brother at the end. OK, so the analogy breaks down after the confrontation between Simba and Scar, but still....

LILO AND STITCH! LILO AND STITCH!! I saw Lilo and Stitch and I loved it! And hey, I'm 21. ;D
I love Stitch. He is like, the crazy and destructive part of me personified in a koala looking thing. Best bit of the movie? The San Fransico scene. Worst part? The cheesy ending, but hey, it's to be expected from a Disney movie, so yeah.

[glow=black,2,300]I have Lilo and Stitch on VHS, it's a really cute movie! The only movies that have ever made me cry were Bambi (when the mother dies) and the Lion King (when the father dies of course). I just think it's sooo sad, and I hate it when someone close dies, I can't help but cry. [/glow]

*Grins* Yeah, I love Stitch. Like, when he says "Glarghbrarghgrabhahbgrabhagrah" and stuff. He is so cute. Neko got me a Stitch poster to put on my door. Teehee. ;D
I have never ever cried in a Disney movie. They're too far removed from reality, and Disney is just a tad mushy for my liking. But my sister cried in The Lion King when Mufasa died, and then when Mufasa came back, and then in Dumbo when the Mum elephant got taken away, in The Fox and the Hound, when Todd's mum dies, and of course in Bambi when the mum dies. What is it with Disney movies and small animals missing either or both parents?
