ooc: Oh, god....we now know how hard Tasia can laugh.
bic: I am, Madame, and thank you. *puts a slight pressure on Aurore's stomach and is pleasently surprized by how quickly she responds. laughs out loud* You are a fine steed, my dear. And quite eager to please.

EN: *leans forward slightly and moves to post in the stirrups*
EST: *eases into a trot*
EN: *notices something out of corner of eye, glances round, then edges Estelle forward, beside Aurore* My Lady Fanta... *whispering* What makest thou of our dark companion? She has joined us and matched our gait, but she looks not upon us....

*Aurore senses the sudden change of her mood, faltering a moment at Fantasia's nervousness* I do not know, my friend. I fear for her, though. There is something....some secret hidden in her eyes, she doesn't want us to see. Afraid of trust, afraid of deceit indeed. The Madame...she does not wish for us to know, or me at least. Perhaps she would be happier to confide in you if I were not present. *bites her lip and forcefully adverts her gaze from the black shape. lowers her voice* If you'd like, I could leave...

*very, very quietly* My Lady Fanta, hasten thee not; for I cannot believe that it is thy presence that stays Madame's tongue. Rather, I fear it is our dark companion herself. Perhaps she is particular about the telling of her tale....

If that be true, than what can we do but wait for her to tell it? I fear any form of coaxing would be wasted, and only make her more afraid. But, time can heal all wounds...

*arrives rather red in the face, puffing with the weight of the dress itself and from running because she's late.*
Oh, t'would have been better to wear knight's armour instead.
*looks around for someone she knows*

*shuffles towards [non-existent] crowd wearing a many-layered, embroidered dress*
How fair thee, Lady Mione? Art thou truly weary of such burdensome attire? Hast the attire of a knight such a pull on thou? *makes a face* Too consumed hast I been with the lovely verses of the great bard.

OOC: Please, forgive my not-at-all-great capability at speaking in Elizabethan.
BIC: Ah, fair thee, Lady Silver! It is an honour dost to be here in this splendid fete. I hast been to a counsel, ere the world turned nine and the sun went to sleep, and I hast hath a weary day. Forgive'st thee.
How are thou?

*looks over her shoulder with a look of concern* I wouldst gladly join thee, but I fear I have made previous engagements, with a certain Madame Eohippe and a good jester friend of mine.
