I've already got the Ice Arrows and the Boss Key...now I really need to know how to get to the high key.

Um um. Hookshot, roof. Hookshot, roof. Um um. I think there may be a hook shot target somewhere near the high key. Um um. If that doesn't work, I'll go have a look for you Um um

I still don't have any cool games cos at the moment my funds are tight not being able to work and all. So I've only been watching DVDs on my PS2. Ah well.
I did play one of the James Bond games on X-Box, and I didn't really like it all that much. The graphics were cool, but the way they had it set up for you to move around was complicated and it stalled you. I generally catch onto how youmove in a game fast, but this set up was just weird.

i was flicking through an old pc mag today.
and has anyone seen the ads for quake 3 in pc magazines.
Imagine this if u can.
a bench with a computer, mouse keyboard, pizza box with 2 slices left in it. a couple of empty bottles of coke, half a roll of toilet paper, and the desk was infront of a toilet.
and the quake 3 logo on the screen. and it said on the bottom of the page. "all you ever need"
made me laugh.
Good news fellow gamers.
DUKE NUKEM FOREVER is due for release this christmas.
now i know what your all thinking. they said that 3 years ago. But that was a statement made by the company pushing it out after 3d realms finishes working on it. Something to pencil onto you chrissy lists.

Yeah, I've tried that. The high key is...well too high to just jump to.

Ele, I played a James Bond game (Agent Under fire) for PS2 once and yeah, it was weird how they configured the controller. But yeah, you can always change it to how you want it in the Options menu.
Woohoo!! Gamespot have released their list of best and worst games (for XB, PS2, GC, GBA and PC) for 2002 and Grand Theft Auto Vice City won like, 3 awards!!

I want to be a games designer one day. ;D I think I'd do well at it, cos the first thing is coming up wiht an idea and some sort of storyline. From there you design characters, then the wolrd they will be in, then you move onto animation and graphics and stuff, finally puting it all together and programming it so you can use commands to make the characters do stuff. ;D
I even have a few ideas for a game slowly unfurling as I type this, but I won't mention them. There might be people from Nintendo and Sony and X-Box snooping around.

Cool, you know what game has really good graphics? Starfox Adventures on GC. Seriously, stuff like the water effects and rain and fire and the jungles and stuff are really cool. The dinosaurs in it are cute, but the sidekick guy really annoys me. He's like a Jar Jar Binks kinda guy.
Has anyone played Metroid Prime? We haven't got it in Australia yet. Stupid release dates.

apparently, PS2 is going to be moving up with the times and is gong to be accessed on the internet soon. it's release date is around june/july this year atm. looks like there is a modem you buy especially for it, and then you have to pay for the time you access games through an internet connection. it's oviously a way for sony to make more money, but it sound pretty cool. i think xbox are working on something like it as well.

So they ARE going to get that peripheral out? They've taken their time about it My brother keeps bugging me about it *Grumble grumble*
I just got Star Wars : Bounty Hunter on PS2. Very nice I think it's a game that only "works" for Star Wars fans though It basically tells you how Jango got Slave 1, met up with Zam Wessell, and also tells what appens to Gardulla the Hutt. Which nobody really cares about except for Star Wars fanatics like me ;D

i'm about to give my computer a major upgrade. it desperately needs it. once i'm done, it's gonna be awesome for games. w00t!!
my birthday is coming up, and for the first tie in ages there are things that i actually really really want. generally everyone asks me what i want and i don't really know, so i just point out things that catch my eye when we are down shopping. but this year, i need a new monitor, and i want a game for my PS2, seen as after i bought it, i had no money left to get a game. i've been using it to play dvds.
i'm hoping for kingdom hearts, or maybe FFX. ;D

*grins* I'm playing FFX for the first time ever. The graphics are awesome, but some of the cutscenes take ages. But yeah, it's really good.
I'm also playing Ratchet and Clank. It's kinda like what StarFox Adventures is for GC but it's better because the puzzles aren't so annoying. Graphics are cute too, and Clank is really funny. He has an English accent. (Don't ask where they came up with that! :
Oh, and project zero. It's a Japanese game, mega scary. Like, really scary. I have nightmares about it.

ooooo.....i want project zero!! ;D
i want devil may cry as well, but i can't get all my games at once. i nearly got the japanese game oni today for $16.50 AU, but decided to let it slip by. i want the lotr the one ring replica more.

$16.50 for Oni is really good! I usually buy preowned games. Most of the ones I get have only been played once through or whatnot, and they're reasonably cheap for something that is just as good as new.
Guess who got the Fellowship of the Rings game for PS2? ;D
Actually, I like it better than the T2T game in a way because it's more true to the book (e.g. Frodo has to get the deed to Bag End to Lobelia Sackville-Baggins and the Lost forest is a really big maze thing), whereas T2T was made following the movie and therefore is restricted to content in the movie. Also, it's more of a "run around and kill Orcs and stuff" game when FOTR involves thinking.
Oh, I was really bored the other day so I went to the video store and got the following games: -Resident Evil Code Veronica X or whatever it's called -FFX -Ratchet and Clank -Project Zero (only I keep freaking out when I play it ) -Airblade -Shadow Hearts -Rez (it's a pretty crap game, but you'd only play it for the music)
So yeah, I'm keeping myself out of trouble.

i am so insanely jealous koko.
you've been playing FFX? what's it like? i've been wanting to get it, but of course here in australia it's like $110 so that's been a bit steep for me of late. i was hoping that by now it would have gone platinum and dropped in price, but no such luck. ah well.
so what's it like koko? is it good? are the graphics as awesome as i have been told they are?
mwhahhahahaha
