I know you were being sarcastic, but I can't help it Mary-Anne Carousel You were very close though ;D
*EDIT*
A great movie - Momento! I detest not really thinking or getting involved in a movie and this one just keeps you on your toes and guessing and even in the very end you're not completely positive who is who. I love it ;D

Spazzy duck? Lol, that's almost as good as purple flamigo fluff
((I loved Cruel Intentions aswell!))
And, I don't know how I can admit this, Zoolander. The epitome of stupidity but I love it none-the-less. My best friend and I watch it together whenever one of us is feeling crappy. That and "The King and I"

BTW, Abigai-Last time I was at the movies (a few weeks ago) they showed a preview for a new rodeo/cowboy movie. I don't remember the name, but it looked a lot like 8 Seconds (Whatever happened to Luke Perry??)
Also, I was playing my "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" Soundtrack on my computer, and it has the movie trailers for Clerks, Chasing Amy, Mallratz, Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob...What a memory kicker! ;D
--Anyway, has anyone started a favoite TV thread (I know this is the movies section, but figured I'd ask anyways), cause I'd really like to start one (in case anyone couldn't tell, I'm pretty new here...)

*resists urge to correct BlackThumb's spelling and saves it all for Abby*
Firsty, Dogma is one of my favourite movies, OoO such a good mix...
Secondly, was Chasing Amy any good? I never saw it,
Thirdly, if you want to make that thread, go ahead. I can't really think of where it'd go right now... Prolly the house common room.

lol I dont think anyone *has* yet but I wouldnt know where to put it.. the LC? or HCR?
lol I swear they are just remaking movies all the time. Like this new Katie Homes one? Its jsut like oneI saw on Lifetime ages ago. And Ghost Ship too... I think its dumb.
Luke Perry... probably a very rich old geezer now? he was so cute I was in love with him when i was like 12... hehe 90210..... ahh the memories.
you know what movie I loved, but hated too? Anna and the King.... you so wanted it to end differntly but it CANT.. I mean there is like no other way but you wish it could. lol Al and I left the theaters in tears. Armagedon was like that too. I never thought in a million years that would be "my" kind of movie but it was soo good ^_^
oo and all John Wayne Movies. I. Love. Him. and of course Gilli just for you 10 Things I Hate About You
Am I that transparent? I need you I want you, oh baby oh baby.
I thought chasing Amy was good, but then Im a sucker for those movies.... and Ben was so cute

Jodi Foster rocked... though she wasnt the Anna I had imagined, I thought someone soft spoken and delicate... but she did a great job. I liked her in Nell too

Indiana Jones
Nothing tops those, and, yeah, I'm a sucker for some of the old ones. Lol, it's not one of the greatest at all but I have the best memory of watching it with Laura when we were 8 trying to do the accents, "The Quiet Man" ((wipe yer bloody feet!))
You wanna know what movie I just plain hated? Titanic. Good grief So much hype, I went for a friend's Gr 6 birthday party ((hehe)) and I was the only one who didn't like it, lol,
((and yes, that's the greatest line on earth, "Am I that transparent?"))

Ok, Indiana Jones is such a total classic, like 007, you've got to love 'em
And along the lines of 007... one of my favourite Canadian actors, Austin Powers ;D The first one I liked, have yet to see the 3rd ((I'm not much for sequels when it comes to movies, only with my books))
Hm... Favourite Movies... Rocky Horror Picture Show , The Pest ((John Lugiezamo! <- horrid spelling! my apologies, but he's a great actor nevertheless)), Sleepy Hollow in french...

TEXT I've always been a horse nut, since my first "horse back adventure", s i liked the movie Spirit Stallion of the Cimmaron, the man from snowy river, and some of those really, really old Roy Rogers and Lone ranger VHS's that you can only get at " antique shops" LOL I must admit though, LOTR was one of the best movies ever. just like HP, and I absolutely LOVED Shadowfax, my horse looks just like him except his name is only Shadow.
