Theres only a few people in comparison to the number of characters doing the voices. I usually do not like halloween specials but the best one was were homers head was turned into a doughnut as a punishment by ned flanders as the devil and he kept eating his own head ;D We haven't had any new episodes for ages so i would not know about the crude humour. The one with maggie turning out to be kangs baby was also funny ;D Although the one where bart was sent to military school as a punishment and lisa ended up going because it was everything she imagined school to be ;D. I have a confession i buy the simpsons comics which take different angles than the episodes but they are great even if they are sarcastic.

Haha, yeah, I like those Halloween ones. That military one was pretty good, too. ...I didn't know they had Simpson comics!! That's so cool.
Hey, you know what I just noticed?? On the episode they showed a couple days ago, Bart created a comic called "Angry Dad", which basically just makes fun of Homer's anger. At one part, Bart tells Homer about making a movie out of it and having John Goodman to play Homer. Homer, in turn, starts choking Bart (as usual) and says that it should obviously be Gary Oldman...now, is that the Gary Oldman who's going to play our lovely Sirius Black?!

Er, isn't Hagrid Robbie Coltrane?! Gary Oldman was the bad guy in the Fifth Element... Anyway, the Angry Dad episode was pretty cool; oh, and I liked the one when Homer goes to Rockstar Camp or something- it's from the new season and Mick Jagger, Elvis Costello and Lenny Kravitz are in it... I think it's because they're going back to Homer being stupid in a funny sense and not being stupidly stupid. (Ignore the fact that I'm a huge Lenny Kravitz fan!)

Hey, has anyone seen the series Space Ghost Coast to Coast? It's this weird cartoon talkshow with Space Ghost as the host. They have real life celebrities on and ask them weird questions. Sometimes it's really funny, and others it's just lame.
And has anyone heard of the cartoon series Mucha Lucha!? It's about these people who are all masked wrestlers. It's really....weird......
Anyway... I love the way the Simpsons never seem to fail to come up with something new and silly. ;D I remember when the first episode of it came out. I was really young and Channel Ten was called NRTV. I remember being really excited cos there had been ads for the show on TV for what seemed like weeks and the whole family sat down to watch it. I've been a addict ever since.

OMG! I remember when the Simpsons started!! That was about 14 years ago! The first 4-5 seasons were the best, then they started running out of ideas.
Hey, where are you getting all the weird cartoons from, Ele?

Yeah, it was a long time ago. Man, are we really that old? And we still floow the show almost religiously.
From Cartoon Network on Fox. They get some weird cartoons there. I like the ones you get on Adult Swim, which is Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 9.30 to 11.00. They have....cool and interesting cartoons then....

I saw one of the new eps today. It was the one when Marge gets the breast implants, and everyone was bursting into song.
Alright. I'm back to thinking that they're running out of ideas, although I'm surprised they didn't think of doing it earlier.

Marge with breast implants and everyone bursting into song?
I haven't seen that one....
then again I don't watch as much TV as I used to. It's degraded so much the last few years with all these stupid reality TV shows and crap there is hardly anything worth watching on free to air TV.

It was on Wednesday night. Don't worry, you didn't miss out on much at all.
Oooh, here's a fave simpsons song of mine:
See My Vest
Burns: Some men hunt for sport, Others hunt for food, The only thing I'm hunting for, Is an outfit that looks good...
See my vest, see my vest, Made from real gorilla chest, Feel this sweater, there's no better, Than authentic Irish setter.
See this hat, 'twas my cat, My evening wear - vampire bat, These white slippers are albino African endangered rhino.
Grizzly bear underwear, Turtles' necks, I've got my share, Beret of poodle, on my noodle It shall rest,
Try my red robin suit, It comes one breast or two, See my vest, see my vest, See my vest.
Like my loafers? Former gophers - It was that or skin my chauffeurs, But a greyhound fur tuxedo Would be best,
So let's prepare these dogs,
Mrs. Potts: Kill two for matching clogs,
Burns: See my vest, see my vest, Oh please, won't you see my vest.
;D

I have to admit, that was one of their better and more interesting episodes. ;D I love when they have then singing songs.
I just remembered that when I was a kid I had a Bart Simpson doll. It had a hard plastic head but the rest was soft and I would take it to bed and wake upin the middle of the night cos his hair would pokeme in the eye.

LOL! I used to have a bart simpson keyring and a set of cards with the simpsons on the back. Oh, and I got "Bart Wars" for my birthday a few years ago.
Having said that, I have to admit that Lisa is probably my favourite simpson.

I don't know who my fav sipmson is. I guess I like them all really. They al have their own special way of making me laugh and that's what's important. ;D If they couldn't make me laugh still, I wouldn't watch them.
*wonders how long till they bring Harry Potter to the Simpsons*

Soon after the Simpsons came out I got a shirt and a Bart pin that said "Underachiever." I used to wear it with pride. ;D *wonders how long till they bring Harry Potter to the Simpsons* Well, they did do that Halloween ep. wear they were all wearing robes with crests and it was Harry Potter-ish. But I actually read in the paper about a week ago that J.K. Rowling (well, her voice ) will be in an ep. this season. Something about the Simpsons going to England and running into her. I meant to post the blurb but I forgot.

Yeah, like Izzy said, they've already had Harry Potter in one of the Halloween episodes. Bart and Lisa were going to a Wizardry School, and Mrs. Krabople (I have no idea how to spell her name ) reprimanded Harry for chewing gum in class, to which he responded, "It's not gum. It's brimstone" or something like that. Ok, he didn't say brimstone, I don't remember what he said. (Mr. Burns was Lord Montemort...and the end was really quite disturbing) I heard about the new episode that's going to come out, too. I read this somewhere.
