Awww....I haven't seen that episode. I don't get to watch the TV much anymore. I have little bros and sisters who hog it all the time. There's too much crap on it now with all these stupid reality TV shows anyway. Who are they trying to kid with that?
I heard there's mean to be another visit to Australia episode as well. That should be interesting. ;D

*glee* The 300th episode of the Simpsons comes out tomorrow and there's like, a 1 hour special or something. ;D (No spoilers please!) Apparently that makes it like, the longest running animated show or something, which is quite a milestone.
Anyway, I just realised that one of the best things about the Simpsons is that, after running for so long, it hasn't gone THAT stale or anything. And I really like looking forward to their "running to the TV and couch" sequence in the opening credits every time there's a new one on.

And I really like looking forward to their "running to the TV and couch" sequence in the opening credits every time there's a new one on. I love that, too. And also seeing what Bart writes on the chalkboard. KoNeko, did you see when I had a link in my sig. to a list on 300 Reasons Why We Love the Simpsons? If not, well <---there you go. Two of my favourite Simpsons lines: "My cat's breath smells like cat food." "Go Banana!" ;D

*gasps! I'm such a dork, I know which episodes they're from like *snaps fingers* that. ;D
Oooh, that 300th episode wasn't bad at all. I mean, they had Blink-182 and stuff, but yeah, I was kind of unimpressed by the fact that the 300th episode "spectacular" was the 300th and 301st episodes back to back. I mean, they were both pretty funny (and I loved those new couch scenes!) but still, they could have said it was a double episode.
I miss Duffman. He's such a crackup. When is he going to be around next, or did he die when Grimey Jr. shot him in the arm?
*grins* I looked through your link and I just saw this one:

Duffman's not dead! Remember: "Duffman, can never die, only the actors who play him!" ;D Besides, in the most recent episode, Duffman is a featured character.

Ohhhh, right. Hey, that would explain some things about Duffman- like how in one episode he got called "Larry" and in another one they called him "George" or something!
Awww! I want to see this new ep with him in it! We're not going to get it in Australia for ages.

Don't worry Natz, you'll catch up soon- we're only up to ep 305 or something. They're only doing new episodes once a week now, and in between they fill the time with the really old episodes. Gragh.

Count yourself lucky Koneko we do not even have the new episodes once a week. We just have tons and tons of repeats of the old episodes. Campaign for new episodes for all simpson fans. My favourite characters are lisa and apu. Who are everyone elses favourite characters?

Simpsons season 2 just came out on DVD. i don't know about you but i like the older Simpsons better, the new ones are good but the old ones are just better for me. some of my favourite ones are when the simpsons travel to japan, africa, brazil, i mean i love'm all. in school when we would be bored we'd play Simpsons trivia. my favourite character would have to be Duff man "Duff man does not die, only the characters that play duffman die!"

*grins* "New feelings going through Duffman! What would Jesus do?" ;D
My favourite Simpsons family character is probably Lisa as well, and outside the family I like Ralph. He's so cute! I also love it when Groundskeeper Willie is in the episodes, and also Kang and Kudos. I can't get over that Halloween episode when Kang claimed to be Maggie's father and they went on Jerry Springer (well, only because I'm a Springer fan as well ). Hilarious.
Ooh! Laci! My friend Edd got me the Simpsons Trivia Game for Christmas a few years ago, there are different things you do besides the straight trivia, like the "who is this character on the Simpsons poster (the game comes with that poster with every single character that's ever been in the show)" and "draw me!" and stuff. It's pretty fun.

ha, Willie, he is great especially the episode where Homer and Bart are con artists and the whole town coons them back in return. -"Everyone knew about it" - "Willie didn't know about it!" Koneko, my freind has that poster over his bed. everytime i went over to his house we'd look at it to see if we could find any characters that were not on there. he also has a simpsons chess set. How cool is that? oh yeah and another think i like about the simpsons are the guest stars, isn't J.K Rowling going to be a guest next season. Or Bill Clinton; Marge - 'thats some pretty lousy advise' Bill Clinton - ' well i'm a pretty lousy president!' ;D

*grins* I saw the big version of that poster (the one in the game is a shrunken version, so it's not as fun or dynamic looking as the poster-sized one) for sale at uni for like, $5. I also have the one with just the Simpsons family where they're giving each other bunny ears, and Homer's saying, "remember, as far as anyone knows, we're a nice normal family".
A simpsons chess set? Who are all the characters/pieces on it? *can't wait for an answer and looks it up in eBay *

I really liked that episode where kang and kudos where maggies father and maggie sprouted tentacles and killed jerry springer . It was very funny.
I actually have the simpsons chess set maggie is the knight homer and marge are the king and queen i think the castle is grandpa and bart is the pawns. Or maybe maggies the pawns can't remember.
I love the simpsons. i have a halloween poster where bart is portrayed as a devil.

yeah the chess set is pretty much how Clover described it (by the way Clover, did you get your name from Watership Down?) after i posted yesterday, i thought has anyone here played Simpson's Roadrage, its this Crazy taxi style game and you get to drive all these different cars driven by the characters, homer gets the pink car, marge the minivan, and Lisa drives this electric car with a plug trailing behind ;D
