What was in the Harpooned Heart episode? I don't recognize that, but I think I've watched every new one for a while now.

Sphi, the Harpooned Heart one was the one when (no major spoilers here I hope!) Marge becomes a romance novellist, and she writes a book called "The Harpooned Heart"... and Homer becomes an ambulance driver.

Bah. That's the one episode that I missed. I can remember exactly why, too. It was on at the same time as the Golden Globes and my family was going out for dinner, so I could only program our VCR for one of them. I chose the Golden Globes. I hope they'll replay that episode soon.
The new Simpsons episode today was pretty funny. (Stop reading now if you don't want to hear anything about it!) I know a lot of you probably haven't seen it yet since our schedules are all different, but basically, Bart goes to juvie. Right when Bart gets there, he sees all the boys getting beat up, so he decides to stand near the girl section. Hehe, I liked this quote: "I'm Gina, and if you touch my fence again, *pulls out a switchblade* your puberty's going to be very boring." ;D Oh! There was also a part where Cletus (you know, that hick) says his memory isn't as good since he drank his thermometer, but he whittles what he sees. Yeah, I thought this new episode was pretty funny, a lot like their older, better stuff.
And right after that new one, they replayed the Britain one. Hehehe...after Homer says, "I can't believe we met Mr. Bean", it's hilarious if you look at everyone else's expression. Marge and Lisa sorta grimace at Homer, but Bart is still smiling. ;D

Sphi, what did you think? Did that whole Flanders thing sort of... disturb you? Does Marge REALLY think that about Ned? Ew...

Homer has always sorta thought that Marge fancies Ned. He gets jealous a lot, it seems. Ned is, like, the only sensitive guy in Springfield [that isn't totally messed up], so most of the townspeople do think like that. Hey, you need to have romantic fantasies about someone.
I love Simpsons quotes! I've been watching reruns. The first one is from the episode about Lisa's first word (flashbacks). The second is from the one where Springfield holds a film festival.
Homer: You know, Maggie, the sooner kids talk the sooner they talk back. I hope you never say a word. *leaves room* Maggie: Daddy... *falls asleep*
Burns: Listen, Señor Spielbergo. I want you to do to me what Spielberg did to Oscar Schindler! Señor Spielbergo: But Schindler es bueno. Burns es el diablo.
;D

Ew, I hope not. Moe's tried to ask Marge out so many times, and he's so... gross and disgusting. They just make him so unattractive.
I think my favourite (and probably most used) Simpsons quote is a whole bunch of Ralph ones, but especially:
"Me fail English? That's unpossible!" ;D

It could make for an interesting story line though.
Well when you think about it homer is kind of gross as well with his manners?

Yeah, they had that ep on again before where he goes all obese so he can be disabled and work from home... I think that while Homer is gross in his habits, people still like him because he's more endearing and funny and entertaining than someone like Moe or Chief Wiggum.

Yeah, and Homer doesn't give off the creep feeling, which is a plus. He can still be sweet sometimes, even if it was unintentional.
I love Simpsons quotes! I just heard another great one from a rerun (the MENSA episode). I've decided to start writing them down in case I forget.
Homer: That's it. We're taking back this town. Carl: Yeah, let's make litter out of these literatis. Lenny: That's too clever...you're one of them!

Oh you're right when i come to think about it Moe is a bit creepish at times. Especially those episodes where hes under the window and pops up.
Yeah like that time when homer was trying to stop Ned writing a message in the sky and he fell next to marge with a big bunch of roses in his mouth.
I loved that episode.

Oh, the valentines day one when Apu has like, the whole perfect day thing going and everyone is trying to outdo him? ;D
Sphi! We got the "Bart goes to Juvie" episode last week! It was hilarious! I loved the bit when Cletus was whittling things that might yet happen and he makes that statue of the bear.

Yes that episode. Everyone was trying to stop him because he was wrecking their relationships.
Oh that sounds such a cool episode. Wants to see the Cletus bear.

;D I liked that prophesy part, too. It was sorta creepy, but I liked it.
I recently read that they're thinking about making a Simpsons movie. Quoth James L. Brooks: "Mark us down for the summer of 2020, if not sooner." If they ever do make it, it better be good...better than some of the recent stuff.
